You are invited to complete this survey to enroll in the Winthrop University Conservation and Environmental Professions Connection (CEPC) Blackboard organization. Joining the CEPC will provide you with access to free information and services that will assist you in your pursuit of a career in a conservation or environmental field during your time at Winthrop.

Your decision to complete this survey is voluntary. You are free to choose whether or not you complete the survey. Even if you decide to begin, you may change your mind and stop at any time. You may choose to not answer an individual question, or you may skip any sections of the survey. Simply click the forward arrow at the bottom of the survey page to move to the next section.

 

If you would prefer to join the CEPC without completing this survey, you may do so by emailing the CEPC coordinator at cepc@winthrop.edu with the subject “CEPC enrollment” and your full name as it appears in Blackboard and your Winthrop email address included in the body of the email.

The survey can be completed in approximately five minutes in one session. There is no more than minimal risk associated with completing this survey; the CEPC coordinator does not foresee or anticipate any risk greater than that encountered in your routine daily activities. There is no cost to participate other than the time that you will dedicate to completing this survey.

Your email address will be associated with your responses and may be shared with other campus coordinators. The information you provide will be kept confidential and used by the CEPC coordinator to assess and improve CEPC operations. Any reports issued using the data collected will be for assessment purposes or scholarship on effective conservation and environmental professions advising and will only include aggregate data. All personal/identifying data will be removed.

If you join the CEPC, you are under no obligation to use the CEPC, and you can remove yourself from the CEPC Blackboard organization at any time.
