This survey has two purposes.
1. Allow faculty to indicate Student Learning & Licensure (SLL) activities (rubrics and templates) they wish to have added to a course.
2. Allow faculty to request support with the creation or modification of activities.
If you are unsure of the Student Learning & Licensure terminology used or need help understanding any survey items, please contact Dr. Erin Hamel (hamele@winthrop.edu) and copy Ms. Carol Adams (adamsb@winthrop.edu).
Programs are encouraged to work together to combine as many requests as possible. However, the survey will only accommodate up to 4 requests at a time. If more than 4 items are needed, you can return to the survey to submit the additional items as a second response.
NOTE: Due to confusion in Fall 2018 when this process was started, we are modifying processes beginning Spring 2019. Faculty or faculty groups should submit requests for all needs (including Core Course Key Assessments and field-based assessments) with the exception of the EPP-wide assessments named below.
EPP-Wide Assessments:
1. edTPA final submission in capstone courses (if you want task-by-task drafts you must request);
2. SLL Profile Settings | Set An Avatar in EDCO 101/600;
3. Internship I/II Midterm/Finals (note that modifications should be provided to the Office of Field and Clinical Experiences and they will work with SLL staff to see that these updates are made in SLL);
4. SEE Event Reporting in EDCO 402
Please note that “program” is used loosely throughout to refer to groups such as Physical Education Program Courses, Initial Preparation Core course sequences (including courses that are used as substitutions), or graduate courses that may be used in multiple degree programs and therefore require coordination across offerings.
