We encourage all employees to submit nominations for Staff Member of the Month, but please remember that these awards are for staff members, not administrators or faculty members. Any staff member may be nominated for Staff Member of the Month, but in order to win, staff members must hold permanent employee status (not temporary or contract) and be employed for 12 months. Gant-funded positions and Foundation employees are not eligible to win but may still be nominated.

Please fill out a separate form for each staff member you would like to nominate. Multiple nominations are encouraged, but each nominee will be considered individually.
